1. During this training course I have learned how to actually impact knowledge to my learners in and effective way, I have learned about class control and coordination techniques as well as how to accommodate learners with diverse backgrounds. The trainer managed to deliver the message in a natural way, making it easier to keep the concepts in mind. I recommend that this course should be conducted as part of induction for all employees in the training industry as it is really beneficial and eye-opening.

2. One of the most important things that I have learned on this training course is how to conduct lectures in a better way while making it easier for the students to understand. I have also learned ways to involve the learners in the learning process. Monre has a good way of involving everyone in the programme. He is cheerful and has a very impressive way of training. I learned how to deal with some of the problems that I was facing and am now more confident.

3. After attending this training course I feel that I am now able to understand the needs of my students better. The programme has also given me a new perspective on how to interact with others.The trainer was very effective. He made me feel calmer about things and more capable of tackling things that make me nervous before. I had a wonderful learning experience.

7. I have learned that different media can convey different messages. I have also learned that training has a psychology perspective. The trainer was well prepared. He gave me a different view on how to conduct training.

9. During this training course I have learned what impact a trainer has on trainees. I have also learned that there are a lot of different mediums and methods that can be used in training. Monre gave me an example as a trainer that I can work towards. This training course must be mandatory for all trainers. Thank you!

10. Some of the most important things that I have learned on this training course is Bloom's Taxonomy Theory as well as not to judge students but to rather generalize. I have also learned the importance of interacting with students throughout the lesson. The trainer far exceeded my expectations.

11. I have learned how to counter games that are played every day, how to add humor to lecturing and how to involve learners more. Monre has good personal and communication skills. The training met my expectations.

The most important things that I have learned were the difference between mentoring and coaching, how and what kind of questions to ask, different dimensions of coaching as well as the process of coaching. Monre has an excellent knowledge of psychology as well as a good understanding of thoughts, actions and feelings. This training course was very good. It has completely changed my perception and understanding of coaching and being a coach.

13. I have learned how to effectively ask questions. I have also learned the importance to always keep an open mind and that it is never about myself. All the information on this training course was well accepted and much beneficial. The effectiveness of the trainer far exceeded my expectations. Not once was there an attempt made to force the class into any action. He also did not use PowerPoint or Handbooks. Handbooks were supplied, but only used as reference material. The training overall far exceeded my expectations.

14. On this training course I have learned how to manage myself and to ask questions if I need more information about the other person. This training course was very fruitful. I am impressed with the materials and ideas that we were presented with. I really can't wait to practice what I have learned and to go out and make the world a better place.
