| 1. | During this training course I have learned how to actually impact knowledge to my learners in and effective way, I have learned about class control and coordination techniques as well as how to accommodate learners with diverse backgrounds. The trainer managed to deliver the message in a natural way, making it easier to keep the concepts in mind. I recommend that this course should be conducted as part of induction for all employees in the training industry as it is really beneficial and eye-opening. |

| 2. | One of the most important things that I have learned on this training course is how to conduct lectures in a better way while making it easier for the students to understand. I have also learned ways to involve the learners in the learning process. Monre has a good way of involving everyone in the programme. He is cheerful and has a very impressive way of training. I learned how to deal with some of the problems that I was facing and am now more confident. |

| 13. | I have learned how to effectively ask questions. I have also learned the importance to always keep an open mind and that it is never about myself. All the information on this training course was well accepted and much beneficial. The effectiveness of the trainer far exceeded my expectations. Not once was there an attempt made to force the class into any action. He also did not use PowerPoint or Handbooks. Handbooks were supplied, but only used as reference material. The training overall far exceeded my expectations. |
